Jin Shin Jyutsu: Self-Help for the Emotions
In Jin Shin Jyutsu, each finger corresponds to a specific emotion or attitude. When you feel “stuck” in an emotion, wrap the fingers of the opposite hand gently around the finger as shown. Then drop your shoulders, exhale, and feel distress melt and balance return.
